How often will my reports be updated?
Reports are updated on the schedule you choose — weekly, biweekly, or monthly. You’ll always know the refresh date, and it’s listed at the top of your dashboard.

Can I customize my dashboards and reports?
Yes! You can choose your branding colors, add your logo, and even request custom KPIs or visuals (additional charges may apply for new KPIs as outlined in the Pricing Guide).

What data do you need from me to get started?
I’ll need export access to your phone system, CRM, and sales/lead database so your KPIs can be calculated accurately.

How do I request changes or updates to my report?
Use the JW Analytics Client Support Portal to submit a request. Provide as much detail as possible about the change you’d like. I’ll confirm and schedule the update, and let you know if any additional cost applies.

Do I have to sign a contract?
Yes — each client signs a Service Agreement outlining services, pricing, and data access authorization. This protects both of us and ensures clarity.

How long does onboarding take?
Once the Service Agreement is signed and I have access to your data, most clients are fully onboarded within 1–2 weeks. Custom plans may take a little longer depending on the complexity of your KPIs.

Can I add or remove KPIs later?
Absolutely. You can add new KPIs or remove existing ones at any time. New KPIs are billed at the rate listed in the current Pricing Guide. Any changes will be reflected in your next billing cycle. Use the Client Support Portal to submit any requests.

Do you provide training on how to read my reports?
Every package comes with a KPI Guide and dashboard instructions so you can easily interpret your reports. If you’d like a live walkthrough, I can schedule one for an additional fee.

What happens if I cancel my plan?
You can cancel anytime with 14 days’ written notice. Access to your dashboards will be removed at the end of your billing cycle, and I’ll send you a final export of your data if requested.
